We start a new league with a new roster. This season, we bowled in Yoakum's Fun League. Our team consisted of Dave Garcia-Gomez, Manish Gupta, Warren Campbell and Jean Garcia-Gomez. Joel Zucker was our alternate bowler. Our team name was Minoriteam!
All the starters improved their records from the previous season. Warren improved on the individual high game scratch record, besting it by 28 pins. Warren also got the first 600 scratch series of our group. He also matched the number of scratch games over 200 he had last season. Manish also saw his records jump by several pins. I saw a significant jump in 200 games bowled last season from 1 to 12. All the individual records from last season were broken this season.
As a team, we broke several team scratch and handicap records. We added 11 more pins to our high team game scratch record. We didn’t break last season’s team high scratch series. We added 10 more games this season scoring 200 or more.
I am still just recording only scratch and handicap scores and games won or lost. In 2006, I will start keeping track of more statistics.
